If you are eligible to receive disability-related academic accommodations at your UC campus, register for the DSP Program at UC3M. You will receive all the information via email prior to the Program start date; it will be sent by Monica Macias, Program Specialist (mmacias@uceap.universityofcalifornia.edu). There are very strict deadlines that you will have to comply with, as these are imposed by the host University and no exceptions can be made.
If you do not register with the DSP Office within the given deadlines, you will not be able to do so after the Program starts. So, even if you are not sure that you would like to activate your accommodations at the UC3M, complete the registration process at their DSP office.
How can you do it?
* Activate your UC3M email account
* Register for the Disability Care
Program by completing a form (click here).
* After completing the form, you would need to send the Disability Center a copy of your accommodations letter (orientacion.discapacidad@uc3m.es).
If you don’t have a copy, you can contact us.
* The last step would be to shedule an interview with the person in charge of the Disability Center; afterwards the Disability Center would contact your teachers and would let them know about your accommodations.
